How to Dwell in Safety
“I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.”
Psalm 4:8
No doubt, we are in perilous or difficult times. The devil, the chief terrorist is unleashing so much terror on the land via his agents. Do you know that no country is safe from satanic terror attacks these days? Virtually all countries have their own measure of insecurity, conflict or crisis. Truly, we are in such a time that many people’s hearts are failing them. But as a child of God, your case is different! You shall enjoy safety! You shall enjoy security! We are told in the Bible that, “except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.” That means no man can secure himself. There is no amount of security details that can secure a man that is not secured by God. Except the Lord secures us we cannot be secured. Except the Lord makes us to dwell in safety, we cannot experience peace or safety. It is the Lord that gives us rest from all our enemies and causes us to dwell in safety. It is the Lord that watches over us like the mother hen.
Do you want to live in safety?
Do you want to enjoy the covering of God? If yes, then consciously and deliberately engage these three fsctors for your safety:
1. Angelic Factor
“For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.”
Psalm 91:11-12
Ask the Lord to secure you or keep you in safety via angelic protection.
2. Wisdom Factor
“But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.”
Proverbs 1:33
Divine wisdom is a preserver of life. If we operate in wisdom, we shall be preserved in safety.
3. Strong Tower Factor
“The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.”
Proverbs 18:10
Our safety is in the name of the Lord.
We must invoke the power in the name of Jesus Christ for our safety.
I decree and declare that you will dwell in safety always in Jesus mighty name.
Yours sincerely,
