God knows you!
“Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”
In the light of this passage, it shows glaringly obvious that before you were ever born, God knew you. Every detail of your life is known to Him. He knows you inside and out. Only He knows the number of your hair! The One who made you knows exactly how you were sculpted from nothing into something. Like an open book, He watched you grow from conception to birth! God knows you! He knows your thoughts, motives and imaginations. He knows what you are going through in life. He is aware of every trial or challenge you are passing through currently. And He is interested in fixing them for you!
Let’s consider 3 areas of your life that are germane to God:
1. Your Address!
“And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth,”
Where you live is important to God!
Do you know that God knows your address? That He knows your current location, and He can reach out to you right there? His knowledge of your address is superior to Google maps!
He knows your address so well that He can describe accurately the area or street where you live! That means your divine package can never be lost in transit. Please rejoice over this truth! Glory to God!
2. Your Name!
“And now send men to Joppa, and call for one Simon, whose surname is Peter: He lodgeth with one Simon a tanner, whose house is by the sea side: he shall tell thee what thou oughtest to do.”
Your name is very important to God!
The God who knows the name of “one Simon a tanner” knows you by name too! It is very enthralling to understand that God knows and calls you by name! The Bible says, “For Jacob my servant’s sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.”
Do you know that if your name does not align with God’s plan and purpose, He will change it? Don’t forget He changed Abram to Abraham and Jacob to Israel. May your name become an expression of your destiny in the order of Jesus!
3. Your Needs!
“Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.”
All your needs are germane to God!
Are you worried about what to eat, what to drink or what to wear?
Your heavenly Father already knows all your needs. And He will meet your needs as you seek His Kingdom and live righteously! (Matthew 6:33)
Knowing that God knows what you need should boost your faith! You cannot afford to be anxious about any need of your life.
I decree and declare that you will be empowered by God to trust Him to meet all your needs in Jesus mighty name!
